SOFTWARE: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fresco, & Procreate PDX Veganuary is an all-vegan market scheduled to take place in January 2025. Veganuary, an established yearly challenge, encourages individuals to adopt a vegan diet for the entire month of January. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the drawbacks of the animal agricultural industry and improve the well-being of all living organisms on our planet, including ourselves. Organized by NW VEG, a plant-based nonprofit organization supporting people in their transition to a vegan lifestyle, the event seeks to create a friendly, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for attendees to learn more about veganism.

In collaboration with local businesses, the organizers plan to offer attendees a plethora of activities, including fresh produce stands, live cooking demonstrations, workshops, and talks. Topics will range from navigating a vegan diet to understanding the benefits of switching to a plant-based lifestyle for both personal health and the planet.
